The Creative Edit | DECEMBER 2025
Real. Timeless. Emotive

As we wrap another beautiful year, I’ve been reflecting on the moments—big and small—that made 2025 such a joy behind the camera. December has already delivered so many reminders of why I love what I do, and I’m excited to share a few of them with you.

Minis, Holiday Cards & the Fennell Family Magic
One of the highlights of this season was my mini session with the Fennell family. Their energy was sweet, playful, and full of that unmistakable holiday joy.
But the BEST part?
When clients send me their holiday cards featuring images we created together. I lovingly call this “seeing my work in the wild.” It never gets old—it’s like spotting your own heart on someone else’s fridge.
More Work in the Wild: A Gorgeous Gallery Wall
Another moment that made my week: a client sent me a photo of her brand-new gallery wall—built entirely from the images we captured during her August family session.
Nothing beats seeing your art become their memories, proudly displayed in the place they call home. Truly the greatest compliment.
Editorial Date-Night Session with Avery & Gianni
I wrapped up an unforgettable editorial session with the stunning Avery and her boyfriend, Gianni—who graciously let me crash their date night at Perkins Rowe.
We wandered down Main Street finding interesting pockets of light, played with movement, used bold direct flash, and even took over the Side Car bar at Bin 77 for our final shots.
These images feel electric and cinematic, and I cannot wait to share more on my socials soon. Keep an eye out!
Seniors: It’s Time to Start Planning!
Believe it or not… graduation is right around the corner!
Senior sessions are some of my absolute favorites, and now is the perfect time to start planning your graduate’s portraits.
My Senior Package Specials officially launch January 1, so stay tuned if you want first access (and the best deal).
Welcoming Our New Puppy: Ezmerelda
Just before Thanksgiving, we brought home a new baby—Ezmerelda, our red/rust Doberman pup!
At 10 weeks old, she is equal parts spunky and sweet. She loves playing with her big sisters, exploring everything within reach, and curling up for snuggles the moment she tires herself out. She’s already bringing so much joy (and a little chaos!) to our home.

Happy Holidays & Thank You
From the bottom of my heart—thank you for trusting me with your moments this year. Whether it was a milestone, a family gathering, or simply a season of life you wanted to remember, I’m endlessly grateful to be invited into your story.
Wishing you a warm, peaceful, joy-filled holiday season.
Here’s to the beautiful memories still to come in 2026.
